Susie McCreary, 76, owner of the St. Joe Harley Davidson fries bacon while preparing a jalapeno balmers recipe her employee, Jackie Kalinka, 28, came up with for the recipe contest. “She's our designated bacon cooker today because it’s the most important part of the recipe.” Kalinka said. The Apple Market grocery store donated 2,000 pounds of bacon to the event.
